Course Description

Mastering the interrelated communication, negotiation and presentation skills is the secret to success for both individual developing their careers as well as for the organizations they work in. Based on classical thinking related to emotional intelligence, this training helps delegates explore and put into action the values and strategies they need to communicate, negotiate and present effectively.
