Course Description

ISO 9001:2015 is an internationally renowned degree that specifies the requirements for a quality management system (QMS) in an organization. The standard is designed to help organizations consistently meet the needs and expectations of their customers and other interested parties, while also improving their internal processes and systems.

The ISO 9001:2015 standard was developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and published in September 2015.
