This 5 – days Negotiation Skills course with practical exercises and activities will help participants to enhance effective negotiation techniques and communication skills.

  • Challenges of Negotiating – Challenges in conducting actual negotiations and how to overcome them – Economic Factors in Negotiation
  • Personal Action Plan
