Course Description

COURSE OVERVIEW:

This course would equip delegates on how to use project management techniques to organize projects and make sure they succeed. The would be introduced to the concepts and strategies behind effective project management, and learn how to create a project plan that works for everything from large-scale projects to daily work tasks.
