Network and Telecommunication Management
Course Description
Networking is basically a communication or an interconnection of computers and other devices including client computer, servers and, network devices, such as hubs, switches, router and firewall. This workshop is designed to teach participants with experience in current and emerging networking technology. The participants will be equipped with the skills and practice needed to design, build and maintain a system network and telecommunications management. This course will equip participants with the skills and experience to work effectively at a senior level within the telecommunications leadership structure. The course covers systems interconnecting or OSI model, which is a theoretical framework for understanding and explaining network protocols.
Course Objectives:
At the end of this course, delegates will be able to:
- Develop project co-ordination, and portfolio management
- Monitor trend and evaluate technological capabilities
- Assess the different systems in model OSI
- Implement different types of protocol, error recovery, and conformance with standards
- Apply skills learnt to the telecommunications leadership structure in their organization
