Course Description
A properly designed and effective performance management process will require a range if techniques including agreeing objectives, reviewing,monitoring performance, giving feedback, coaching, training and development, reward and appraisal itself. The seminar will demonstrate how those techniques connect to the job of HR and the job of the line-supervisor.
