Course Description
This course is created to assist professionals who intend learn new skills and information needed to deliver effective HABC Level 3 International Award in Delivering Training. The program will cover different features of training delivery, planning stage, production and assessment of training period.
Course Objective:
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
- Identify the theory of workplace learning and Performance (WLP) and the role and responsibilities of a trainer.
- Implement effective training sessions, using good communication, handling intragroup dynamics and managing difficult situations.
- Evaluate learning outcomes, training session, gathering feedback and making developments to future training sessions.
- Plan and prepare training sessions, including identifying learning objectives, designing a training program, selecting appropriate training methods and materials, and preparing training resources.
