Successful strategic alliances and partnerships require a strategic vision, a balanced relationship, and brokerage skills to bring collaborating parties together to contribute to their maximum.
This course will concentrate on advances in management theory and practice of strategic alliances, business systems and collaborative ventures. The Managing Strategic Alliances & Partnerships course is intended to redesign the information and abilities of managers, to empower them to exceed expectations in community-oriented circumstances. Through this course, managers and executives will learn how to manage long-term strategic alliances and partnerships, how to enhance the enthusiasm of their association, and how to encourage community dynamic for future development.
