Course Description

This course is suitable for anyone who is expected to have an impact on someone else’s performance. Performance management is a method for connecting organizational vision with day to day task level objectives without this connection daily activity it will begin to feel misguided, unnecessary and even debilitating. This course will teach participant how to measure and monitor progress target effectively, wrong measuring and monitoring can cause skewed or bad results but understanding the keys areas measuring will bring about clear accurate and useful data.
